Influencer Program

Thank you for your interest in showcasing Newport News! To initiate a visit, please fill out this form and email it to us at least 10 business days before your planned visit. If multiple influencers are traveling together, this information must be submitted for each influencer who will be working on the story.

Waiver

In consideration of the opportunity to participate in activities arranged by Newport News Tourism and by actually participating in all or any portion of them, each person who participates in any activities or whose representatives are participating in activities, on his/her/its own behalf and on behalf of his/her/its representatives, indicates their agreement to:

Assume all risks associated with their travel to and from the listed locations and their participation in the activities described in this document.
Irrevocably release, waive, and agree not to sue Newport News Tourism, its personnel, and any venues, activity providers, or other entities set forth in this document, for any claims, damages, costs, or liabilities, including for death, sickness, personal injury, or property damage, they may have or be entitled to recover, whether known or unknown at the time agreement is indicated. This assumption, waiver, and release extend to any such claims, damages, costs, or liabilities arising from Newport News Tourism’s negligence or that of the other released persons.
